These strawberry cookies are so delicious and they're perfect for my strawberry eyelet lace cookies!
Some special ingredients you'll need to make this recipe are freeze dried strawberries, instant non-fat dry milk, and agave syrup. All of these ingredients are available at most grocery stores or online.
The freeze dried strawberries make these cookies a bit rough on the surface, but you can flip the cookies over and decorate the cookies on the back. I recommend using a perforated baking mat.
